Ordering

To order an edition directly from this website, click on the Current Catalogue link in the navigation bar at the left, and then click on the title of the work in the list of currently available works. This will open an item detail page with information about the music and the edition, as well as an ordering panel at the right side of the screen. Please ensure that you use the proper button to place your order, as domestic and international orders are processed differently.

Payments

To protect your privacy, we process on-line payments through a secure page on the PayPal website, and as such we are obliged to use active scripting to enable certain functions on the ordering panel. If your browser is set to block scripts, these buttons may not appear or function properly. You may allow scripts to run by adjusting your browser's settings, or, if you do not wish to do that, you may send your order to us by using the e-mail link at the bottom of the ordering panel. Please include your name, shipping address, e-mail address, and the details of which edition and format you wish to purchase. We remind you that you should never include your credit card number in any e-mail.

It is not necessary to have or to create a PayPal account to use the payment page on their website. You may simply click the option: 'Don't have a PayPal account' and then fill in the required information, just as you would for any on-line credit card purchase.

Shipping Charges

We ship by Canada Post first-class lettermail. A standard charge of $5.00 is added to each single-edition order to be shipped within Canada.

In order to keep shipping charges to a minimum, charges for shipments to destinations outside of Canada must be calculated individually, as do charges for multiple-edition or multiple-copy orders. Customers in foreign countries, or those wishing to purchase more than one edition in a single order, should use the International button or the e-mail link in the ordering panel to provide us with the necessary details. Once we have calculated the shipping charges, we will create an invoice for your order and send you a link to the PayPal page where you may see it and decide if you wish to complete the purchase.

Delivery

Most orders are printed and shipped within one business day of our receipt of payment. Very large orders may take longer to produce, but will be shipped as soon as possible and you will be notified by e-mail of any delay.

Standard delivery time for first-class mail within Canada is from two to four business days. For the United States, delivery is between four and six business days. For other international destinations delivery is between four and seven days, but may be longer depending on the destination country.

Expedited delivery via private courrier or premium post service is available; please enquire by e-mail for charges and details.

Sales policy and returns

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns except in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. In such cases, please send a brief description of the problem (and, if possible, a photograph illustrating it) to r.wood@promusicaspiritus.com. Do not return the edition without prior authorisation.

Lifetime Guarantee

Pro Musica Spiritus takes great pride in the musical accuracy of our editions, but it is an unhappy fact of the publishing trade that misprints and typographical errors do occasionally slip past even the best proofreaders and make their way into an edition. If you find an error in any part or score you purchase from us, we will be pleased to correct it and provide you with a revised part or page at no charge. There is no time limit to this guarantee.

Please send details of any misprint you may discover to t.richards@promusicaspiritus.com, specifying the edition title, the part title, the page number and revision code (a six-digit number found at the end of the copyright line, or at the inside bottom corner of the page), and the measure number (and staff, if the error is in the score). Note that we need the revision code for the specific page on which the error appears; this code will not necessarily be the same on every page in the edition.
